Prefabricated Building Process

Planning & Design (1-6 months)

Planning & Design is where  where you hire your building partner, select a lot, and finalize architectural plans. It seems like a long time to plan, but it is uber important not to rush—this is when every detail is finalized to avoid costly changes later.  Once permits are secured, we finalize the work schedule and hold a Pre-Construction Meeting with you to confirm selections, review the home’s placement on your lot, and answer any questions before construction officially begins. As the homeowner, your role is to secure financing for the project, ensuring that the necessary funds are in place in order for construction to begin in a timely manner.

Manufacturing and Pre-Construction (2-3 months)

The manufacturing of a prefabricated luxury home is a precise and highly controlled process, blending advanced technology with fine craftsmanship. Each component is carefully engineered and fabricated in a state-of-the-art facility, ensuring exacting quality standards and eliminating the uncertainties of traditional on-site construction. Premium materials, tailored finishes, and architectural details are integrated from the start, allowing for seamless customization tailored to your vision. This method not only accelerates timelines but also guarantees superior consistency, efficiency, and sustainability. The result is a residence that embodies modern innovation and timeless elegance—crafted off-site, then assembled on your property with flawless precision.

While the home is being manufactured, Infinity Contracting manages the approval process, obtaining all required permits and documentation to move the project forward. Once the permit is officially issued, construction can begin—marking the exciting transition from planning to bringing your vision to life. The site excavation and foundation work is also completed to be ready for your home to be built.
