With nearly a decade of experience in construction and more than 20 years in finance, Nikki Pennell brings an exceptional blend of business acumen and artistry to the world of custom building. Her career began in finance, where she developed mastery in strategy, budgeting, and high-level project management—skills that now elevate every construction project she oversees.
As the founder of Infinity Contracting LLC, she has built a reputation for redefining luxury living through precision, elegance, and vision. Each project is approached as a tailored collaboration, blending curated materials, timeless design, and flawless execution. Her dual expertise ensures clients not only receive a beautifully crafted home but also enjoy a seamless, transparent process with the highest level of financial stewardship.
Originally from Greensboro, NC, Nikki and her family relocated to Gulf Harbors in 2021 to be closer to loved ones and, of course, the beautiful Gulf Coast. A devoted wife and proud mother of six, Nikki’s home life is always full of energy and joy. Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and loved ones and being on the water. Deeply committed to giving back, Nikki also enjoys working with local foster and homeless organizations helping in any capacity needed.
After Hurricane Helene, I witnessed firsthand the devastation and heartbreak that so many families endured. That experience inspired me to earn my contractor’s license in Florida so I could be part of the rebuilding process, not just for homes, but for lives.
For clients navigating after disaster building or renovation, I understand the stress, uncertainty, and emotional toll that comes with recovering from a natural disaster, because I’ve lived it. My goal is to bring both expertise and compassion to every project—restoring not only houses, but also peace of mind, with the care and quality every family deserves.
